Unable to select "Connect the Features" for lines in Issues dialogue box

Description

The function in the Issues dialogue box "Connect the features" for issue code "Path is close but not connected to Path" for lines is not performing the task although it is an option to select. The two other options "Tag as disconnected" and "Ignore this issue" are able to function properly when selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create two lines perpendicular to each other
2. add tags to lines, key - highway, value - path
3. review Issues dialogue box
4. select "Connect the features"
