npx create-react-app tutorial | NOT WORKING | First command

I started a tutorial but It stopped at first command ... what should I do? The bar is not moving forward.

it halts again and again... 😅... I've even reinstalled NODE.

npm cache clean --force

npm install create-react-app -g

npx create-react-app your-app-name
