Summary: currently, there are places in compaction_picker where we add up
compensated_file_sizeof files being compacted and limit the sum to be undermax_compaction_bytes.compensated_file_sizecontains booster for point tombstones and should be used only for determining file's compaction priority. This PR replacescompensated_file_sizewith actual file size in such places.Test plan: CI
