  • FIX: Python versions less than 3.11.5 have broken possessive quantifiers, so require at least 3.11.5 for Soup
    Sieve 3.0+. 3.0 and 3.0.1 will be yanked from PyPI to avoid having the 3.0 series installed on Python < 3.11.5
    which will cause the library to be broken.
