• The optimizer treats current configuration as the benchmark to beat
• Replaced local neighbor scanning with a global cost search and wide-window refinement (incl. percentile checks), this allows correct identifucation of distant zone boundaries (e.g., 11,000 lux vs 804 lux).
• Scaled RMSE weight (50×) to prevent bias from dominating the cost function and added numerical safety buffers
