Behavior change

Keywords placed next to $ref are now applied instead of being silently ignored. For example { $ref: 'Foo#', required: ['extra'] } now enforces extra, so objects missing it throw "extra" is required! instead of being serialized. This matches Ajv's behavior. Annotation-only siblings (title, description, etc.) are still ignored.
