Local git repo is source of truth

If we are unable to set the status of a commit on GitHub from pending to success, we might show success in fastlane.ci, but GitHub could continue to show pending.

If a user navigates to a build in fastlane.ci, we can check to make sure GitHub status reflects the truth. If it doesn't, we can either automatically update it (preferred) or let the user press a button to set the status manually.

We decided to pause our work on fastlane.ci to focus on the core fastlane product as we have a lot on the roadmap. You can find more information on the main GitHub page. This issue will be auto-closed 👍
