  这个工作流将在您每次推送 v* 格式的标签（例如 v1.0.0）时自动触发。它会执行以下操作：

   1. 在 Windows 环境中构建您的项目。
   2. 使用 PyInstaller 将 FastNavGenerator.py 打包成一个独立的 .exe 文件。
   3. 创建一个新的 GitHub Release。
   4. 将生成的 .exe 文件上传到该 Release 中作为附件。
