RFE: Make "triggered by" addendum configurable #18

Currently in #fedora-notifs, every message is followed by a "(triggered by ....)" message.

Would it be possible to make this configurable? It's additional noise that is only really relevant if you want to determine which filter to disable. I expect the majority of users will leave all filters enabled as default.

I actually find it pretty useful if I see something that I did not expect and want to go back to what triggered it :)
