v0.3.5 — Pixie unblocks asking sessions

Fixed

• Pixie no longer leaves a session stuck on a question. When a session was waiting on an ask/confirm and Pixie sent it a message (steer or follow-up), the message sat in the queue until you went over and pressed Cancel. Pixie now queues the message and cancels the pending question for you, so the session reads the message and carries on.
• Pixie names sessions instead of showing ids. The send / open / stop / read / draft tool rows and their cards show the session title once the tool has run. Work notifications name untitled sessions by their first message.

Changes

• Sidebar rows are one size up: 14px text, 34px rows, 17px icons.
