v0.3.6 — pix update

Highlights

• pix update. Checks npm for the latest release and installs it into the same global npm prefix pix runs from. pix update --check only reports the version; pix update 0.3.5 installs a specific release, which also covers rolling back. A running pix keeps its old code until restarted, and the command says so. --restart stops sessiond so a service manager can bring it back on the new version. A pix that isn't a global npm install prints the manual npm command instead.
• Settings → About now suggests pix update <version> when a newer release exists.
