What's new

This release completes the full Knowledge Base Explorer milestone, turning the RAG chat assistant into an agent that navigates your document library the way Claude Code navigates a codebase.

Explorer Sub-Agent (Phase 7)

• New Explorer mode in the chat toolbar — switch between General and Explorer with a single click.
• Dedicated sub-agent activates with a focused system prompt and KB-only tools (no web search, no SQL).
• Automatic reset to General mode when switching threads or opening a new chat.
• Backend branching: Sends agent_mode in the POST body to select tools and system prompt.

Knowledge Base Navigation Tools (Phases 1–6)

• ls — list immediate folder contents by path.
• tree — recursive folder hierarchy with depth limiting.
• grep — regex search over extracted document markdown.
• glob — filename pattern matching with ** recursive support.
• read_document — read full document or a specific line range by document ID.
• Security: All tools respect RLS — users see only their own + global folders.

Folder System (Phases 1–3)

• Hierarchical folder tree with adjacency list, cascade deletes, and RLS.
• Documents can be assigned to folders on upload or moved after ingestion.
• Folder tree UI in the ingestion page with Realtime sync.
• Global folders visible to all users; per-user folders are private.

Bug Fixes

• Agent mode now resets to General when opening a new chat or switching threads.
• Fixed stale closure in auto-naming: thread titles now generate correctly when starting a new chat in any mode.
