🔧 Real-Time Agent Feedback

• Step N counter — iteration_start SSE shows which agent loop iteration is active
• Ingestion step badges on document status indicators

📄 Document Management

• Version-aware delete dialog — choose "Delete this version" or "Delete all versions" with full chunk/storage cleanup

• Upload errors show specific reasons (duplicate, unsupported type, empty file, 50 MB size limit)

💬 Chat UX

• Thread delete confirmation dialog (no more accidental deletes)

• KI-001: In-flight LLM call runs to completion after user-initiated stop (GeneratorExit only fires at yield points)
