FiberHMM 2.13.1 — remove out-of-scope consensus-tfs
Changes
Removed fiberhmm-consensus-tfs
The experimental fiberhmm-consensus-tfs tool has been removed. It performed cross-read aggregation — KDE-based locus clustering, consensus footprint size, and single-molecule occupancy statistics — which is downstream analysis layered on top of FiberHMM's per-molecule output rather than part of FiberHMM's inference scope. That functionality belongs in the downstream analysis layer (fibertools / FiberBrowser).
It shipped as EXPERIMENTAL — untested in 2.13.0 and was fully self-contained (its own CLI entry point and tests); no other tool depended on it. All per-molecule calling, training, model, and I/O tools are unchanged.
Install
pip install --upgrade fiberhmm
