Improve documentation on running scripts headless #78

The documentation describing how to run scripts headless is at:

Apparently though, the -eval technique is overly complex; @dscho said in #fiji-devel that you can just pass the .jy file directly and Fiji will figure it out. Would be great to update the documentation to reflect the best, most recommended way of running scripts and macros headlessly.

I expanded a bit the documentation for macros, and simplified the one for scripts as per discussion on #fiji-devel.
