Bug: Keyboard focus doesn't stay on folders when using arrow keys in column layout

Description

I'm experiencing issues with the current version of Files App in Column View mode, where the app either crashes or behaves unexpectedly during navigation. Here are the details:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files App in Column View mode.
2. Select a folder in the leftmost column.
3. Press the right arrow key on the keyboard to view its contents in the adjacent column.
4. Observe that the focus shifts upward to the “Tab Actions” menu, instead of moving to the right column.

Requirements

When using the column view and attempting to navigate to the right using the arrow keys, instead of moving to the next column, the selection moves upward and highlights the “Tab Actions” menu in the top bar. Pressing the right arrow again continues moving through the top menu elements, instead of within the columns.
