Bug: All tabs use adopt sorting of one tab

Description

All tabs shouldn't change their sorting when a single tab has changed sorting.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open 2 tabs
2. Browse to 2 different folders
3. Change sorting in one tab.
4. The other tab is now sorted the same.

@johnmbaughman this can be turned off from Settings > Layout > Sync layout and sorting preferences across directories.
