Bug: (ntdll.dll) Dragon Professional Individual interact with Files crash

Description

Version 4 incompatible with Dragon Professional Individual (DPI)–an app disabled people use to control computer by voice.
Version 3 enabled me to use Dragon Professional Individual (DPI) to do a variety of file operations. All of these operations were done by my issuing verbal commands that DPI translated into simulations of pressing keystrokes by hand. By speaking just two or three words I could for example have Files go to a folder on a different drive. Once at that folder I could view files, delete files, etc.--all by just using my voice,

If version 4 is open and in focus, if I issue a command to DPI to do something that doesn't even involve Files, Files immediately disappears–crashes. For example, DPI has a very useful notepad type application. That application is started by my simply saying "start DragonPad". That command doesn't directly operate on Files but almost always results in Files crashing. Another example. If Files is in focus and I say "Internet open Chase card", DPI issues a command to Windows that opens a browser, and goes to the URL for that credit card. Files crashes when I give the command.

Files crashes if I try and send any keystrokes to it with DPI.

The previous version 3 worked excellently with DPI right up until Files automatically upgraded to version 4.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have Dragon Professional Individual version 6.1 running on a Windows 11 computer. Have Files running and in focus.
2. Issue a command by voice to Dragon Professional Individual. For example give Dragon a command to open a browser and go to a particular URL. Alternatively, open the Dragon notepad type app by stating "start DragonPad". This is a command that calls for Dragon to open up one of its features. I tried giving this command several times and in all but one instance, Files vanished–crashed). Basically put it files is in focus it will crash if Dragon tries to send keystrokes to it by SendKeys, SendSystemKeys, SendDragonKeys. Files will also crash if it is in focus and a command is issued that results in Dragon doing something with another app than files.

1. Type Event Viewer into the Windows start menu search
2. Go to Windows logs > Application
3. Screenshot the first Application Error under the source column with this symbol that has Files.exe shown on the first line
4. Upload this on GitHub comment box (Email attachments don't work)
