Page doesn't switch when going between Home page and sidebar option

Describe the bug
When switching back and forth between the Home page and a pinned sidebar option, if you go between the same option repeatedly, the page won't change.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Home page.
2. Click on one of the pinned items in the sidebar.
3. Go back to Home page.
4. Attempt to switch back to the page you were just on.
5. Page won't change.

Expected behavior
Page should change.
