shortcut file dont't display when open this software again
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings->OnStartup' selected 'option continue where you left off'
2. Open a folder whatever in 'Files' , but must include shortcut file 。
3. close this 'Files' window at all
4. open 'Files' again,you will see you closed folder last time
   5.shortcut file dont't display
   Expected behavior
   display shortcut file normal

• OS Version:Windows 10 1909 18363.1110
• App version: [v0.15.4.0]

Additional context
if i refresh on folder ,shortcut will be show
