Steps used to test these changes

  • Right click on Tags section header in the sidebar
  • Click Manage tags

Stability is a top priority for Files and all changes are required to go through testing before being merged into the repo. Please include a list of steps that you used to test this PR.

Future Developments
Should we add a second-level target (like a specific section of a page)?

The first time we make use of "parameter" in Actions and I think this is the most elegant way of doing this as of now.

LGTM, code wise.
