ServerValue.TIMESTAMP missing from python admin module

There is no way to set a database field to Server timestamp similar to what one can do from client libraries and is also available in the Java admin sdk.

We need this while saving to firebase database from our python backend which uses the admin sdk.

For Realtime Database: https://firebase.google.com/docs/reference/rest/database/#section-server-values

So something like the following should work:

db.reference('foo').set({
  'text': 'some data',
  'timestamp': {'.sv': 'timestamp'}
})

For Firestore you can use the firestore.SERVER_TIMESTAMP placeholder.
