Check Google Play services version in Analytics test

Description

Provide details of the change, and generalize the change in the PR title above.

Check the GMSCore version in the Analytics test - this allows us to simply skip the GetSessionId test on devices that don't support it.

Also force an event to be logged before getting the session ID, so we are sure to have an Analytics session.
