refactor: rework for better generated reference docs #39

The currently hardcoded path is different in newer versions, so switched to use `brew --prefix` instead to provide the homebrew path.

This PR refactors a bunch of docstrings to produce better reference docs, function parameters section is now populated and are correctly linking to their options so that they are explorable for each function;
