The SPM workflow is failing with exit code 74, but the underlying error is hidden by xcbeautify. This change adds a step to upload the xcodebuild build log as an artifact when the swift-build-run and iOS-Device jobs fail to aid in debugging.
This reverts commit eef4b4c.
This updates the firestore target to point to the new target for the current release.
This also adds a changelog entry for the fix that went out in #15300
