[Go] OpenAI plugin does not populate `ModelResponse.Request.Messages` correctly

Describe the bug
Only the model's message is populated, the user's messages are not there, therefore ModelResponse.History() does not work as intended.

Can confirm the issue. Looks like the ModelRequests is just initialized but never populated?
