What's Changed

• Data extraction and analysis now run on Windows, and a failure of the Windows acceptance tests fails the workflow
• Local background subtraction: background-corrected LED intensities can be chosen as reference property, with the side band pedestal and the ring mean as further background-corrected sums of step 3
• Images that cannot be read are reported and skipped, and images without extraction results are left out of the extinction coefficients and the stacked analysis
• The stacked analysis reads its reference images per camera
• The sub-second part of the EXIF capture time is read, so images taken within the same second keep their order
• Clearer diagnostics for reference images of the num_ref_images window that hold no results, extinction coefficients left over from an earlier run, step 3 files that cannot be parsed, and a reference property containing NaN
• Config fixes: the time reference image ID is written under the name the code reads, help texts survive saving, and the image ID is cast before the image name is formatted
• photo_renamer.py was replaced by a Jupyter notebook
