I setup a matchmaker with persistent node id and changed jumpy's default to this: lokmcpce2uzezmh2iq3vf23cbu3grzrct66qcpdfrizmcrrlk5uq

@zicklag if we have any reason want to use existing host can do that as well just throwing something in here for now.

@MaxCWhitehead Sounds good. I don't really care at all where we put the matchmaker, and it's so cool that Iroh lets us move the matchmaker without changing the config! ✨

If you want me to run it on the other server we're already running it on I can, but it doesn't matter either way.

Since we wanted to stop auto-deploying anyway, there's no reason to use the previous setup.
