Added a few rendering updates.

  • On some Linux systems, rendering would re-show the window. This has been fixed.
  • Half-resolution has been removed, and replaced with Resolution Scale in settings.
  • Resolution scale supports half resolution (0.5), as well as values in between (0.75) and values above (1.5, 2 etc.) to allow for high DPI displays (like the MacBook default display) to render the fractal properly.
  • macOS Installation Background in the .dmg was updated.
