Broadcast Actions NOT work before first dispatch(action)

• port.onmessage does not create before first time revive Action

after study some code. I plan to ADD an INIT Action

User have to dispatch({ REDUX_SYNC_INIT: true}) action to init sharedworker

Otherwise, I have no idea solve this problem.

I will work on this problem in next few hours
