This is so that options will always be applied correctly.
If you pass in an actual Flipper::Adapter instance, I will not change that. I'm going to assume that you have the instrumentor you want hooked up to it and that you do not want it to be the same as the dsl or feature instance instrumentor.

With these changes it is now super easy to instrument and log the flipper activity you care about. There might be a few more interesting things to include, but this should get the party started.
