• Tooltips Stay Warm Across Controls: Once a tooltip is open, moving the pointer to another control shows its tooltip at once, without the show delay or fade-in, and the previous one disappears immediately so only one tooltip is visible at a time. The warm state lasts 300 ms after the last tooltip closes, so a short gap between two buttons keeps it. The first tooltip still waits for its ateTooltipDelay; keyboard and touch behavior are unchanged.
