• Replaced Ollama configuration files (client.json, options.json) with
  environment variables (OLLAMA_CLIENT, OLLAMA_MODEL_OPTIONS) in
  bin/changes, bin/code_comment, and bin/commit_message
• Removed -c and -M flags from the ollama_cli invocation in
  bin/commit_message as configuration is now handled via environment
  variables
• Updated charpick similarity matching to use a dash as the delimiter for
  improved accuracy
• Made bin/charpick executable
