Release list
Seagulled 0.2.0
Seagulled 0.2.0 bundles FLUJO 3.48.1, the public FACTORY 0.3.0 SDK and flujo-cloud 0.2.0. FACTORY records durable dispatch; the recovered swarm engine owns Worker scheduling and retirement. Goals, budgets, model selections and pause/stop controls persist in the private user data directory.
- Windows x64: download
Seagulled-0.2.0-x64.exeand run it. Node 24.22.1 and account helpers are included. The portable app extracts its bundled runtime before opening; cold startup measured 5m14s on the validation machine while CLI packaging was also running. - CLI: the named Windows x64 CLI archive bundles production dependencies and requires host Node 24.22.1. Extract it and run
node package/bin/seagulled.mjs --help. - Source: use the named source ZIP for the committed source and seven locked dialogue clips; GitHub's automatic source archive omits those ignored media inputs. Follow

SHA256SUMS.txt.release-evidence.jsonidentifies the source revision, package versions, pinned image and checks.
The matching official Worker image is pinned to sha256:d736dc60c548e5a924c4f50ee5763fb4d602971ac0147ed09cf8f13e677c7acf, from FLUJO revision 7a48a7bb3903feda12232d5634337b408707ea7c. Both npm package and image provenance were verified against the official workflows and revision.
Release validation includes 412 offline tests with zero skips, a clean production dependency audit, actual packaged application/CLI startup, FACTORY ledger use, bundled FLUJO startup, renderer isolation and shutdown. No new cloud or provider acceptance run was performed, as requested. Existing dated live evidence does not establish current provider availability, cloud capacity or billed spending.
Public SDK downloads: FACTORY 0.3.0, flujo-cloud 0.2.0.
Seagulled 0.1.1
Complete rebuildable source is now available:
- seagulled-0.1.1-source.zip — all 155 committed source/build inputs, selected upstream sources and tests, package lock, seven media clips and licenses/notices.
- Source tag v0.1.1-source.1 and build instructions.
seagulled-0.1.1-source.inventory.jsonandseagulled-0.1.1-source.SHA256SUMS.txt— exact commit/file/archive identities.
Use the named source ZIP or the source tag above. GitHub's automatic source archive for the original v0.1.1 binary tag is the earlier snapshot and lacks the committed media inputs. The default branch carries a separate dependency migration.
The source ZIP was extracted without Git metadata, installed with npm ci, and rebuilt into Windows portable and CLI packages. All 350 offline tests passed. Actual unpacked and portable startup, seven decoded media assets, loading fades, goal controls and X-button shutdown passed; the standalone CLI also passed without installed dependencies. The packaged payload matches 56 runtime files and all 1,325 pinned helper hashes, with no private account-state entries. Public dependencies download from the pinned locks; no private repository is needed to build. Separately installed Source/FLUJO and SDK services are not redistributed or required for the build. These checks do not qualify live provider or cloud execution. The original published desktop/CLI downloads remain unchanged.
Starfield loading now covers startup/account checks and dialog opening and closing, with short fades. Account checks finish before activation buttons appear; provider logos activate or deactivate immediately. Todd dialogue remains inside the modal, the Fly completion clip plays for seven seconds, and the top-right X closes the app even with a dialog open.
The journey also includes editable swarm goals, budget and memory settings, pause/resume/delete controls, and Worker activity that clears after restart. Spending remains separate from verified billing.
Downloads:
- Seagulled-0.1.1-x64.exe — Windows portable desktop.
- seagulled-0.1.1.tgz — standalone CLI package.

Validation: 345 offline tests, hosted Windows source checks, actual packaged and normal portable playback/control/shutdown checks, and a standalone CLI check. All seven media assets and 1,325 helper file hashes are audited; private account state is excluded. Media sources, clip timings and hashes are recorded in the media manifest.
Codex and Claude reuse local native subscription sessions; this release does not transfer their login files into remote Workers. Remote subscription routes and live cloud deployment remain unqualified and disabled. Fresh browser login and revised audible dialogue timing remain separate checks.
This stable patch is based on v0.1.0; the separate 0.2.0 release-candidate dependency migration remains on main.
Seagulled 0.2.0 RC1 — 10×10 teams
The desktop and CLI now default new goals to 10 teams × 10 conversations: ten isolated Workers, each with one lead and nine specialist agents. Todd supervises separately. Advanced controls support smaller teams.
This release candidate adds active and lifetime Worker caps, one original lead run per Worker, exact completed child conversation verification, independent verifier/adversarial reviewer briefs, and relay capacity tested with ten waiting leads and ninety children. Retired Workers cannot create replacement slots, including after restart. Saved older goals keep their original limits; provider consent, cancellation, unknown billing and cleanup holds remain.
Download Seagulled-0.2.0-rc.1-x64.exe for the Windows portable app, seagulled-0.2.0-rc.1.tgz for the CLI, and SHA256SUMS.txt for checksums.
Validation: 322 deterministic offline tests and both Windows CI checks pass. Package audits match 54 runtime files and 1,325 helpers, with no private-state entries. Actual packaged Electron checks cover defaults, persistence, stop, isolation, fullscreen, background playback, native Ctrl+Q and shutdown. The normal portable launcher passes exact embedded archive identity, fresh startup, saved 10×10 goal, stop and normal window shutdown.
A live 100-conversation cloud run has not been verified. Company execution still requires the separately available product-owned Source runtime/cloud SDK and a supported, authorized cloud inference route. These prerequisites are not bundled; missing readiness leaves the goal waiting. Native Codex/Claude connections remain local and do not establish remote eligibility. Staffing proof does not establish answer correctness, and estimates are not billed spend.
Seagulled 0.1.0
The approved 12-second forward/reverse Todd movie runs endlessly as the fullscreen background, with the current voice, goal and Advanced controls — it just works.
Download Seagulled-0.1.0-x64.exe for the Windows portable desktop; seagulled-0.1.0.tgz contains the CLI, and SHA256SUMS.txt verifies both downloads.
The exact selected video is bundled with its CC BY-SA 4.0 attribution, and the release passes 316 tests, GitHub checks, package integrity checks and actual Electron loop playback.

Talk to Todd from the Windows portable app, or use the CLI archive with Node 22+.
This candidate fixes provider selection and worker credential routing. Explicit Connect selects the provider for future goals, including after reopening. Supported API connections disclose isolated worker use; the Fly path cannot silently substitute a model from an older fleet profile. Confirmed no-credits failures retain account holds across new goals and model names. Missing monetary costs remain unpriced rather than becoming $0.
The recovered swarm retains its original flows and default limits. An optional specialist profile uses one shared child gate, with a declared ten-Machine target of one lead plus nine specialist conversations per Machine. This target is not live qualified. The private engine is retained separately, with source-only upstream contributions in PR57 and PR59.
Validation: 95 tests; packaged Electron startup, renderer sandbox and shared CLI shutdown; standalone CLI extraction; package checks found no private-state entries. The native Codex acceptance receipt is retained. No new live provider or Fly run was performed for this candidate.
Full live company execution and subscription hot-cloning remain unqualified. Current inference and isolated FLUJO startup constraints are documented in RC acceptance. Cloud spending is pending where no receipt exists; estimates and allowances are not provider invoices. The Windows portable binary is unsigned; macOS and Linux builds remain untested.

Seagulled 0.1.0-rc.3
Talk to Todd. He delegates your goal, reviews the result and comes back with a critique.
This Windows candidate includes the Electron app and CLI, provider discovery and guided sign-in/key setup, editable goals and budgets, pause/stop controls, durable usage receipts and verified artifact downloads. It adds bounded Fly worker-tree delegation with an owned relay, output capture before retirement, recovery holds for missing deliverables, exact relay ownership checks and prompt shutdown. The collector supports the Fly CLI's omitted zero exit code. It reuses the recovered swarm engine and Factory receipt helper; lifecycle improvements are proposed upstream in PR57.
Download Seagulled-0.1.0-rc.3-x64.exe and open it. The portable Windows build is unsigned. The .tgz contains the CLI source package for Node 22+. SHA256SUMS.txt covers both assets.
Validation: 79 automated checks and Windows CI passed. Actual packaged Electron renderer isolation, provider discovery, shared CLI access and clean shutdown passed. Package auditing found no private-state entries, and npm audit reported zero vulnerabilities. The previously verified native Codex goal produced an independently inspected file with exact bytes and SHA-256.
Full live cloud acceptance remains incomplete. The API account has no credits and the saved Modal endpoint is disabled. A bounded subscription clone passed local tool-free boot, then its one Fly worker failed the team conversation; no complete remote artifact was delivered, and the exact owned Fly app was removed. The host login cache was unchanged. Automatic review blocked cleanup of two empty local workspace shells and startup of a fresh local tool-flow diagnostic. Subscription hot-clone execution and a live multi-worker company are unqualified. Subscription usage, API estimates and pending cloud billing are separate; budgets are admission controls, not provider invoices.
See RC acceptance, source provenance and upstream lifecycle PR57.
Seagulled 0.1.0 RC1
Talk to Todd. He delegates your goal to a bounded team, reviews the result and comes back with a critique.
This Windows release candidate includes the Electron app and CLI, automatic provider discovery, guided native sign-in or key setup, editable goals and budgets, pause/stop controls, durable receipts, verified artifact downloads and labeled usage accounting.
Download Seagulled-0.1.0-rc.1-x64.exe and open it. No terminal, port or deployment setup is needed. The portable Windows build is unsigned. The .tgz contains the CLI source package for Node 22 or later. SHA256SUMS.txt covers both assets.
Validation: 61 automated tests passed; Windows CI passed; packaged renderer isolation, provider discovery, shared CLI session and clean shutdown passed. A real native Codex goal completed four Todd/developer/reviewer calls and produced an independently inspected, hash-verified file.
Cloud scope: an isolated Fly worker provisioned, but its configured Modal endpoint failed. A subsequent local FLUJO workspace request failed before Fly/model submission. A separate FLUJO instance accepted workspace creation and installed the boot flow, but the API preflight returned no remaining credits. Owned resources were cleaned up. Durable holds prevent repeated failed admission and use the native path; explicit credit/authentication denials do not create an unknown execution hold. Successful cloud model execution remains pending a funded provider. Subscription usage, API estimates and unknown cloud billing are shown separately; budgets are admission controls, not an all-in invoice guarantee. Antigravity unattended execution and macOS/Linux builds are unqualified.
See RC acceptance for evidence and scope, and provenance for upstream reuse.
