Install

Windows (PowerShell):

Linux / macOS (bash):

bash install.sh

First install asks for the install path; an existing installation is
detected, its serve stopped, and the binaries updated in place. The
scripts verify the SHA256 sidecar before installing. --no-csharp /
-NoCSharp installs the small package without the bundled scip-csharp helper.
