Flutter SDK not set for new project

Using IntelliJ 2020.3 EAP with M50 a newly-created project does not have the Flutter SDK configured. 2020.2 works.

One problem is that there is an error in FlutterModuleUtils.hasFlutterModule():
bad method type alias: (Module)boolean not visible from class io.flutter.utils.FlutterModuleUtils

CollectionUtils need to be changed to use Predicate<? super T> in method signatures.

There is no flutter or android module defined for the project. Closing and re-opening the project will fix it.
