UI interaction events cluttering up travel app conversation #230
Description
In the travel app, the conversation currently doesn't have a good mix of generated UI elements and other agent messages.
E.g. "the user triggered submit..." should not be shown

We don't have to be exactly like the mocks, but let's try to get close.
