Cirrus CI recently started offering macOS builds for OSS projects. Configured it for
pluginsrepo.flutter_plugin_toolsincremental_build.sh(a CI independent script for incremental builds) for Travis as well.to: @yjbanov, @Hixie and @mravn-google (as the last one changed
