Features

  • publishing: backport application delivery defaults to 1.x (29d8a80)

    Resolve DEFAULT using the owning application profile and retain compatibility delivery without opt-in. Batch completion includes ordinary asynchronous handler publications and rejects partial progress after delivery failure while preserving streaming continuation.

Tests

  • testing: isolate global observation recorder settings (cf9cbfb)

    Prevent parallel fixtures from writing into the temporary observation directory while it is being removed. Keep the same isolation already used on main.
