Bug Fixes

• proxy: preserve buffered request body length (21f8e8c)

  Retain the known serialized length so HTTP/1.1 upstreams can accept buffered requests through the proxy audit route. Wrap the existing stream publisher with a fixed-length adapter to preserve demand-driven buffering and replayability.

  Backport the fix for #474 to 1.x.

Tests

• tracking: await orphan-chunk processing before checking position (457ad97)

  Await a following message from the same event batch before asserting the stored consumer position and skipped orphan payload. Raw transport publication alone does not establish the fixture processing boundary.

• caching: release blocked workers on every assertion path (9ed2f7a)

  Coordinate lock ownership explicitly and always release and join both workers. Failed timing assertions must not retain global cache locks and block unrelated maintenance tests.
