Bug Fixes

• web: honor response types and content validators (fcea85e)

  Backport the response content-type and static cache corrections to 1.x. Explicit types replace inferred values, and content digests with ETag precedence prevent stale assets with identical timestamps and sizes.

Performance Improvements

• web: reuse immutable JAR resource validators (ab62f54)

  Keep content digests with the owned archive mount so repeated requests avoid rereading immutable entries. Reopening an archive creates fresh validators; filesystem overrides and externally managed sources continue to validate their bytes on every request.

Tests

• tracking: assert cancellation ordering per tracker (a2c1474)

  Identify the active tracker explicitly so a concurrent idle-tracker disconnect cannot invalidate the position-before-disconnect assertion.
