Bug Fixes

  • web: prioritize entity tags in static file cache validation (879df34)

    Honor If-None-Match before modification dates so changed files are not incorrectly served as unchanged. Support weak tags, tag lists and wildcard matching while retaining date-only validation.

  • web: replace explicitly selected response content types (d89319b)

    Replace inferred or previously configured Content-Type values so browser modules receive the intended media type. Preserve null handling and generic multi-value headers.
