Bug Fixes

  • tracking: wake peers reassigned during a concurrent claim (1380996)

    Compare segment assignments within the atomic cluster transition so a tracker joining during a claim cannot miss its wakeup. Notify only reassigned peers outside the cluster mutation, preserving stable waits and active reservations.
