Bug Fixes

  • testing: isolate local dispatch scopes and preserve inherited self handlers (80b307e)
  • testing: require actual local handlers for LocalOnly commands (1720919)

    Keep synchronous tracking simulation from masking missing local handlers. Preserve explicit local registration, self-handling and original dispatch restrictions through interception.
