Font Update: Abert Sans was updated fontsource uses older Version

Hi,
I am new to this project and came here while debugging a system I was given.
The problem I found was, that the system uses npm to fetch the fonts, but Albert Sans was fetched in an older version this way.
According to https://github.com/usted/Albert-Sans there is a version 1.3 (internally 1.310) that some improvements, that we like to use.

I looked into the fontsource code repository and the font is fetched from GoogleFonts.
GoogleFonts only has the old version, so fontsource has also not published a new version of it.
There is already an issue open since Mar 29, 2024. I bumped the issue with a comment.
