`select` doesn't populate the Submitted Data

When I attempt to use the select it doesn't populate the Submitted Data, I don't see any errors in the console. I double checked and it was working in 0.0.14

looks like it should go from:

ng-options="option.value as option.name group by option.group for option in options.options"
to
ng-options="option.name as option.name group by option.group for option in options.options"

Does that work for you?

Someone recently made a change to that expression... Let me find their PR. I merged it. I guess I didn't test it well enough. Another case for tests ;-)

The first value, select, if set, is the value thats bound. So option.value wasn't a real thing, and wasn't getting bound.

Yeah #61 broke it, how did that get past our rigorous test suite! Easy fix at least :)
