As I was using this in my project, I noticed that if I didn't provide options, angular got angry at me, but now that I can configure all formly forms to have the options I want I no longer need the options attribute. |

I'm putting both of these issues in a single PR because #28 is dependent on #27. See the changelog and readme for what changed, and the code for how it changed :-) The demo is updated also.
