• client.network_maps: read-only Network Maps (saved diagrams of chosen devices, kept in
  folders and drawn against any snapshot). get_network_maps, get_network_map (with
  with_="directory" for the folder), get_network_map_snapshot, get_network_map_structures,
  get_network_map_directories, get_network_map_link_appearance_rules and
  get_network_map_link_appearance_rule. Unpublished: Forward's GUI uses these routes but its
  documented API does not list them. Reads need VIEW_NETWORK_MAPS. Writes are not covered yet.

Fixed

• snapshots.latest_processed() and latest_processed_id() ordered by processedAt, so an
  older snapshot that was reprocessed after a newer one was created came back as the latest.
  Forward's own rule (the UI, fwdctl) is the newest by creation among processed snapshots,
  skipping drafts and forks (any snapshot with a parentSnapshotId); the helpers now follow it.
  Predictions are forks, so include_predicted=True still returns them.

• snapshots.metrics() documents that it raises ForwardNotFoundError for an unprocessed,
  processing or predicted snapshot.
