Blind reverberation from the transients in an ordinary recording.

Added

• analysis.decay_from_transients and analysis.transient_candidates: blind reverberation estimates from the sharpest onsets in a recording, each run through decay_time on a 2 s excerpt, reported as per-band medians with interquartile ranges and a mid-band summary. For the rooms one records in without an impulse response, labelled as coarse; measure a sweep when you can.

Also fixes CITATION.cff, which still stated 0.47.0 after the 0.48.0 release.
