Fixed

  • Make syncIdentitySequence optional on the exported SqlDialect interface, with conditional callers, so existing custom dialects still compile. Correct README identity widths, rowid scope, sequence state and date semantics.
  • Map empty PostgreSQL array defaults to JSON arrays, preserve case-sensitive SQLite strftime directives, and store PostgreSQL NUMERIC values and literal defaults as SQLite text without affinity rounding.
  • Keep PostgreSQL sequence allocation from moving backwards in imports, SQL dumps and the dialect helper; preserve SQLite AUTOINCREMENT high-water marks, including empty tables and deleted ids.
  • Exclude GENERATED ALWAYS identities from PostgreSQL conflict updates while allowing explicit identity values on new rows.
  • Export explicitly selected SQLite and PostgreSQL views without querying unavailable rowid or ctid columns.
  • Convert SQLite boolean defaults on numeric columns to numbers and omit invalid calendar defaults with warnings before PostgreSQL table creation.
  • Make PostgreSQL SQL dumps load into existing ALWAYS identities; retain column metadata and sequence synchronization when includeSchema is false.
  • Read PostgreSQL primary keys from pg_index so SELECT-only source roles preserve single and composite keys.
  • Include SQLite FTS rowids in exports so sparse external-content indexes retain their row associations after copies and SQL reloads.
  • Encode PostgreSQL JSON arrays and scalar values as JSON in copies and SQL dumps.
  • Recognize PostgreSQL 18 virtual generated columns, preserve their expressions and omit their values from inserts; exercise migrations on PostgreSQL 16 and 18 in CI.
  • Load SQLite foreign keys independently of row order, check references after import, and restore enforcement on failure.
  • Report insert failures under ignore and replace instead of silently dropping rows.
  • Preserve PostgreSQL date and zone-less timestamp fields in SQL dumps and copies under non-UTC process time zones.
